Sabareesh Investment’s strategy is to locate and underwrite underperforming and mismanaged properties. We target areas with proven population growth as well as trending economic growth. Our goals are to optimize cash flow and to achieve a minimum 6% cash on cash return for our investments. We are long-term investors. Our focus areas are multifamily, commercial and residential properties in the southeast US and other developing economies.
